By purchasing services from Spinnaker Run Studio, you agree to the following terms:

Payment Terms:

• All project payments must be made in accordance with the agreed invoice schedule.
• Late payments may incur a [X]% fee after [X] days.

Deliverables & Revisions:

• Deliverables will be outlined in your custom proposal or contract.
• Each project includes [X] rounds of revisions unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations & Refunds:

• Cancellations must be made in writing
• Deposits are non-refundable. Refunds are not guaranteed once work has begun.

Intellectual Property:

• Final approved deliverables become the property of the client upon full payment.
• Spinnaker Run Studio retains the right to showcase work in its portfolio.
